Olivia (Liv)
Swim To Liv Founder, Lead Swim Instructor & Lifeguard
Hi! I'm Olivia! I have been swimming competitively for over thirteen years, and I am an experienced lifeguard and swim instructor. I love swimming, and my teaching style is warm and enthusiastic. I am a current member/captain of the Carleton Ravens Swim Team and a Head Lifeguard for the City of Ottawa. I am a certified Swim and First Aid instructor, National Lifeguard, Examiner for lifesaving and first aid courses. I am also certified in Standard First Aid and CPR-C along with Airway Management. When I'm not at the pool I can be found hanging out with my three younger siblings or studying for my biology degree at Carleton. Go Ravens!

Paige
We are happy to announce that Paige has joined the Swim to Liv team this summer! Her teaching style is described as patient and supportive. She focuses on creating an environment where swimmers feel comfortable trying new skills and progressing at their own pace. Paige is a former competitive swimmer and is also an experienced Head Lifeguard and Swim Instructor for the City of Ottawa. She is a National Lifeguard and certified in Standard First Aid and CPR-C and Airway Management. Paige is studying Political Science and Conflict Studies at the University of Ottawa

Daniel
We are happy to announce that Daniel has joined the Swim To Liv team this summer! His teaching style is described as fun, enthusiastic, and engaging. Daniel is a member of the Carleton Ravens Swim Team and he is also an experienced Lifeguard and Swim Instructor for the City of Ottawa. He is a certified National Lifeguard and certified in Standard First Aid and CPR-C and Airway Management. Daniel is studying aerospace engineering at Carleton University.

Sarah
We are happy to announce that Sarah has joined the Swim to Liv team this summer! Her teaching style is describe as energetic and enthusiastic. Her high energy and encouraging attitude helps swimmers stay motivated while continuing to develop strong swimming skills and water safety habits. Sarah is a current competitive swimmer on the University of Ottawa GeeGees Varsity team. Sarah is also an experienced lifeguard and swim instructor with the City of Ottawa. She is a certified National Lifeguard and certified in Standard First Aid and CPR - C and Airway Management. Sarah is studying Biomedical Engineering at the University of Ottawa.
